Single girder overhead crane Description

 

1. Designed and manufactured according to the standard JB/T1306-2008, it has the characteristics of reasonable structure and strong rigidity of the whole machine.

 

2. The whole machine is used together with CD1, MD1, HC and other types of electric hoists.

 

It has two independently operated electric hoists, which can independently complete the lifting of workpieces, and can cooperate with each other to complete the turning of large workpieces. At the same time, each control handle can independently control the shared cart running mechanism.

 

3. The lifting capacity is 1+1--16+16 tons, the applicable span is 5-35 meters, the working level: A3, A4, and the working environment is within the range of -25°C~+40°C.

 

4. The overall transmission adopts a soft drive motor and a reducer to ensure its low noise and stable moving performance.

 

5. According to the needs of the customer's on-site working conditions, it can be equipped with frequency conversion for the cart, frequency conversion for hoisting or double-speed hoist operation, so that the operation of the Single girder crane (crane) is stable and reliable.

 

Attention of the hook 

 

The hook shall be scrapped in any of the following cases:

 

(1) Cracks;

 

(2) dangerous section wear reaches 10% of the original size;

 

(3) the opening degree is 15% higher than the original size;

 

(4) torsion deformation of more than 10°;

 

(5) When the dangerous section or the neck of the hook produces plastic deformation.

When the liner wear of the hook reaches 50% of the original size, the liner should be scrapped; When the wear of the hook mandrel reaches 5% of the original size, the mandrel should be scrapped.

 

(6)The defects of the hook shall not be repaired by welding.
