Once the product leaves the factory, it clearly belongs to the quality problem of factory design and manufacturing. The factory is responsible for the warranty of the product during the warranty period,

Warranty

1. Failure or damage caused by the product during the manufacturing process;

2. Failure or damage caused by the conformity of product manufacturing, processing, assembly and drawing process;

Out of warranty

1. Damage caused by exceeding the rated bearing capacity during operation;

2. The damage caused by the user's own modification and incorrect repair;

3. Damage caused by the user's use or selection of parts, oil, etc. that do not meet the product requirements and unqualified;

4. It belongs to normal maintenance content, such as: cleaning and replacing various filters; adjusting brakes, clutches, engines and other components that need to be adjusted.

5. Parts belonging to normal wear and tear.

6. Damage caused by other accidents or irresistible reasons.

Quality Assurance:

According to the results of Party A's own inspection according to the inspection standards or the inspection results of the local commodity inspection department, or during the quality assurance period, if the quantity, quality or specifications of the goods (including products and services) do not conform to the contract, or the goods (including products and services) are defective, including latent defects or the use of materials that do not meet the requirements, etc., immediately respond to customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner.

5. Free repair and replacement of defective goods or parts within one month after receipt of buyer's notification of product quality problems.

6. Free warranty period of the product

The quality guarantee period of the product is 1 year;

The consumable parts of the product are charged at the lowest cost price for life.

After-Sales Service Commitment:

1. Provide product technical information;

2. Free installation of online related products;

3. Response:

The company provides after-sales service as promised. The product warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, free mapping and maintenance are provided according to the warranty regulations.

The company promises to respond to customer requests within 24 hours.

Service System:

1. Warranty period

Strictly follow the manufacturer's warranty period, which is twelve months after the final acceptance of the goods.

2. Equipment installation and commissioning

We are responsible for delivering the equipment to the buyer's location/warehouse according to the buyer's requirements after the initial acceptance inspection, and provide online installation guidance services for the equipment.

Note: If the purchaser requires offline installation services (paid), we will be responsible for organizing professional technicians to install and debug the equipment. Please inquire for details.

3. Maintenance service

We promise to respond within 24 hours after receiving the technical service request of the purchasing unit, and eliminate the fault of the goods as soon as possible according to the difficulty of the fault.

During the warranty period, we are responsible for the repair and replacement of spare parts and goods that need to be replaced not due to improper operation.

After the end of the warranty period, we will continue to provide maintenance and repairs. We will provide maintenance plans within 24 hours after receiving the user's request for repairs. The maintenance charges will be implemented according to our standards.
