Dejun Development History
1984-2006
Dejun Factory was officially established. From 1984 to 2006, our factory operated on a small scale, primarily manufacturing and selling various lifting equipment with capacities under 200 tons. During this period, Dejun gradually accumulated experience in crane structural design, mechanical processing, welding fabrication, assembly and commissioning, and quality control, laying a solid foundation for subsequent industrial upgrades and the production of large-tonnage lifting equipment.
2006-2007
Henan Dejun Industrial Co., Ltd. was formally established to upgrade and modernise existing production lines, expand the factory premises, and enhance capabilities in large-scale steel structure processing, heavy-duty lifting equipment manufacturing, and complete machine assembly. With our increased production capacity, we began developing and manufacturing large-tonnage lifting equipment, including cranes with a capacity of over 500 tonnes. We transitioned from producing medium- and small-tonnage cranes to heavy-duty, large-scale, and specialised manufacturing.
2008-2011
We obtained CE and ISO 9001 certifications, which strengthen our product quality control and improve our access to the international market. During this period, we produced and delivered multiple large cranes over 500 tons to countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, the United States, and Italy. Our cranes are gradually entering more international industrial project sites. This year, our annual output value exceeded $300 million.
2011-2015
Our factory covers an area of over 680,000 square metres and employs 2,700 people. A comprehensive system encompassing R&D, production, quality inspection, sales, and after-sales service was established. Dejun has signed long-term agency agreements with partners in over 100 countries and regions worldwide. Furthermore, we have established an international network of cooperation covering overseas project communication, product supply, technical support, spare parts services, and after-sales response.
2015-2020
The company shifted its development focus towards intelligent lifting technology, remote service capabilities, and the manufacture of high-endcustomized equipment. It advanced its research and development of anti-sway technology, remote diagnostic service systems, and offline intelligent crane control technologies, significantly improving safety, stability, operational precision, and maintenance efficiency. Every year, dozens of overseas customers from various countries and regions visit the factory to inspect production lines, learn about quality control processes, and discuss customized project solutions. Many of these customers have successfully partnered with Dejun and placed orders.
2020-至今
Introduced fully automated production lines, achieving comprehensive automation, digitalization, and precision in manufacturing processes. Through automated equipment and refined production management, productivity, welding quality, product consistency, and delivery capabilities were greatly enhanced. In 2020, our annual output value exceeded $2.1 billion, establishing Dejun as an industry benchmark among the top 100 private enterprises in Henan Province's crane manufacturing sector.
