5 ton LX monorail crane is a type of crane. 3. Component:
 

The LX monorail crane consists of a main girder, two end beams, a cart operating mechanism, a European Style Chain Electric Hoist, and an electrical control system;

 

The bridge frame of the 5 ton LX monorail crane is composed of a main beam and two end beams. It supports the self-weight and hoisting load of the whole crane, and is also the body of the crane cart. On the platforms on both sides of the crane, the cart operating mechanism and electrical equipment are installed.

 

The main beam is I-beam. Due to the large load, vertical and horizontal auxiliary trusses are added to the I-beam. The strength and rigidity of the main beam have been strengthened.
 

The end beam is usually composed of a pair of opposite channel steel, and the traveling wheel is installed in the end beam. The lifting structure is a electric wire rope hoist, which is hung on a small frame that can walk along the lower flange of the I-beam.
 

The car operating mechanism of the crane generally adopts centralized drive, and the car operation adopts electric drive.
 

The sprocket design of the hoisting mechanism (electric wire rope hoist) is compact, and there is no need to disassemble the motor or gearbox parts. The professional sprocket design makes the machine run more smoothly, the hoist wear is smaller, and the equipment maintenance is more convenient. 6. How to operate？

 

During use, the 5 ton LX monorail crane must be inspected every time to observe whether there are any abnormal sounds and whether the operating performance is sensitive. When the hook is in the lowest working position, the wire rope on the drum must retain more than 3 safety rings. Press the button and visually check the axial movement of the motor shaft, which should be within the range of 1 to 2 mm. Check every week whether the hook head rotates flexibly and whether the bearing is replenished with oil, etc. Check the wire rope regularly every month. The end fixation should be firm and reliable. The appearance of wear should not include kinks, looseness, corrosion and other defects. The wire rope should be maintained every six months (apply butter, etc.). Check the crane's track every six months to ensure there is no looseness or deformation.
