3. Component:

 

The bridge is the basic component of the bridge crane, which consists of the main beam, end beam, walkway and other parts. The main beam spans above the span, and has box-shaped, truss, web, round tube and other structural forms. The end beams are connected to both ends of the main beam, and walkways are installed on the outside of the two main beams, with safety railings. The trolley moving mechanism is installed on the walkway on one side of the cab, and the device for supplying power to the trolley electrical equipment, i.e., the sliding wire, is installed on the walkway on the other side. A guide rail is laid above the main beam for the trolley to move. The entire bridge crane moves on the guide rail along the length of the workshop under the drag of the trolley moving mechanism.

 

The trolley moving mechanism is composed of trolley drag motor, transmission shaft, reducer, wheels and brakes, and the driving mode has two types: centralized drive and separate drive.

 

The trolley is placed on the bridge rail and can move along the width of the workshop. The trolley is mainly welded by steel plates, and consists of a trolley frame and the trolley moving mechanism and lifting mechanism thereon.

 

The trolley travel mechanism consists of a trolley motor, brake, coupling, reducer and wheels. The trolley motor drives the trolley driving wheel through the reducer, dragging the trolley along the guide rail. Since the driving wheels of the trolley are close to each other, it is driven by one motor.

 

There are two transmission forms of the trolley travel mechanism: one is that the reduction box is between the two driving wheels; the other is that the reduction box is installed on one side of the trolley. The reduction box is installed between the two driving wheels to make the torque on the transmission shaft more uniform; the reduction box is installed on one side of the trolley to make installation and maintenance more convenient.

 

4. Applicable Environment:

 

Overhead engine lift crane are generally suitable for dusty workplaces, smelting, casting, heat treatment, etc. In these processes, high-temperature dust will inevitably be generated. 1. The power supply of the crane is generally three-phase AC, with a frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 380V. The upper limit of the allowable voltage fluctuation on motors and electrical appliances is: +10% of the rated voltage; the low voltage value (peak current) is -15% of the rated voltage; the rated voltage of the ingot stripping crane, clamp crane, guide frame integral mold crane, and slab turning crane shall not exceed 5%.
If there are special requirements for power supply, it can be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties according to user needs.

 

2. The altitude of the installation and use site of the lifting machinery shall not exceed 2000m (when it exceeds 1000m, the motor capacity shall be calibrated in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB755).

 

3. Crane working environment temperature and humidity

 

Under normal circumstances, the working environment temperature of the crane is -10~+50℃.

 

The relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at a temperature of +40℃.

 

4. There shall be no flammable, explosive and corrosive gases in the site where the crane is used, and it shall comply with relevant standards and document regulations.

 

5. The installation of crane running tracks should generally comply with the requirements of GB10183GB10183. In special circumstances, separate regulations may be made.
