1. Product Introduction:

3. Component:

The European-style traveling metal structure includes a bridge frame, a trolley frame and a control room. The bridge is composed of two box-shaped main beams, two box-shaped end beams and platforms on both sides of the main beam. Tracks are laid on the upper cover plate of the main beam for the trolley to travel. The operating mechanism of the crane is installed on one side of the walking platform connected to the main beam, and the trolley's conductive wire frame is installed on the other side of the walking platform.
The European-style crane trolley frame is made of welded steel plates and is equipped with a lifting mechanism and a trolley operating mechanism. The control room is suspended under the bridge, and the electrical control equipment of the crane is installed in the room, mainly for the driver's operation. The trolley is composed of a trolley frame, a lifting mechanism, a running mechanism, etc. The trolley frame is not allowed to be segmented; there is an inspection space on the trolley for easy maintenance. The lifting mechanism of the European crane is composed of motor, reducer, brake, coupling, transmission shaft, drum set, fixed pulley set, hook set, wire rope, etc. The trolley operating mechanism consists of motor, brake, reducer, wheel, angle bearing box, compensation shaft, and gear coupling.
