1. Product Introduction:
 

The lifting height of the Suspension overhead mobile crane is higher. Since the lifting hoist is suspended on the small frame between the two KBK main beams, the Suspension mobile crane can provide a higher lifting space than the single-girder crane. With a larger span, the J-KBK flexible double-girder suspension crane can be suspended on multiple tracks, thereby achieving the largest span to cover larger storage and production areas. The overhead mobile crane can be easily moved by hand. However, when the span of the crane track is greater than 6m , when the Suspension overhead mobile crane load exceeds 500kg, it is recommended to use an electric friction wheel driven traveling solution for lifting. The maximum lifting capacity can reach: 2000kg; the maximum span can reach: 7 meters.

3. Component: 

 

Suspension overhead mobile crane consists of main girder, suspension end beam, cart running mechanism, trolley running mechanism, etc.; the double beam spans the entire workshop and is connected to the end car by bolts and welding. Tracks are installed under the double beams, so that the trolley can walk horizontally below, while the end trolley walks longitudinally, and the trolley walks horizontally.

 

The fixed European Wire Rope Hoist is used as the hoisting mechanism. It is installed on the centrally driven double-track trolley and used in conjunction with the double-girder bridge.
