3. What's your delivery period?
Within 10/25/40 days after your prepayment received; exact period should be based on detailed requirements and actual period;
4. What's the Product Time for Overhead Crane or Gantry Crane?
Generally 20~30 days. If your order is urgent, that can be shorten accordingly.
5. Could your winches drag inclined?
No.
6. Which standard of your crane and crane components apply to?
Our Crane can design and manufacture base on FEM, CMAA, ISO EN, GB standard.
7. How do you ensure your product quality?
All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures, which include Material Traceability, ISO WPQR and welder certificate, Measuring Device Calibration, NDT for the welding, and full assembling and load testing before delivery.
8. You're Crane Manufacture?
Yes, we're the manufacturer, founded in 2006 year.
9. Where is Your Factory? May I visit Your Factory?
Xinxiang city, Henan Province. We can pick up you at the train station or airport, and book hotel for your in advance, if you visit our factory.
10. What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference.
If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you to help you fixed it as soon as possible.
11. Could we buy spare parts in local once they are out of work?
Our main electrical parts brand is Siemens or Schneider brand; it's very easy to buy all the world. But if there is any difficulty, we can post to you by express, such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, Aramex, etc.
12. Do you have engineer oversea installation service?
Yes, we have.
13. How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual.
If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.
14. How can I make payment?
We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, Paypal.
For regular clients, we could provide more supportive payment term.
15. What's your package?
Main body in plywood box or in plastic woven cloths; Spare parts in plywood boxes;
16. What about shipping?
We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.
17. Do you provide hoisting tools?
Yes, we can provide any kinds of lifting tools such as lifting sling belt, lifting clamp, grab, magnet, pulley blocks, hook, lock catch, wire rope, fiber rope, etc.
18. Do you accept OEM business?
Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.
19. What is your company policy if we want to distribute DEJUN product in our market?

First of all, it is reflected in the installation. Our company has a professional team of engineers to install it for you.
Secondly, it is reflected in our consulting service. When there is a problem with your product, we will provide online Q&A service at any time.
