3. Component:


The structure of Metallurgical Single Girder Overhead Crane is mainly composed of three parts: bridge frame, metallurgical electric hoist and electrical system.
 

The bridge is used to support and longitudinally move the load, and is composed of a metal structure and a running mechanism. The metal structure includes the main beam, the end beam and the connection between the main beam and the end beam.

Noise standards for metallurgical electric single-girder cranes: The crane is measured on the ground when there is no other noise interference and the lifting height is not less than 5m in a non-hermetic workshop. When the noise of the whole machine is not more than 90 dB (A).

5. Wearing Parts:

During the operation and use of bridge cranes, some simple phenomena that are not faults and cannot be operated often occur.

Generally speaking, parts that are not covered by the warranty period are wearing parts, including: lifting wire ropes, brake, buffer, electrical switches (excluding frequency converters), wires and cables, and rope guides (only for electric hoists). Other mechanical components have a service life, and the design life is generally not less than 5 years.

① Manual operation control:

 

The operator manually controls the lifting, walking, turning and other actions of the equipment through the control cabinet, buttons or joysticks.
