It is designed according to GB3836.1-2000 "Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres" and GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres Separated Electrical Equipment "d"". It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance and strong explosion-proof performance.

It is used together with explosion-proof electric chain hoist, and it is mostly used in places with low frequency of use or few lifting times of rated lifting capacity, such as machinery manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, etc. The lifting capacity is 1t-10t, the span is 7.5m-22.5m, the working class is A3-A4, and the working environment is 25°C ~ +40°C.

The main beam is made of U-shaped channel steel rolled from steel plate, and then welded with I-beam to form a box-shaped solid web beam. The crossbeam is also rolled into a U-shaped channel with steel plates, and then welded into a box-shaped crossbeam.
Explosion-proof electric chain hoist: The explosion-proof electric chain hoist can lift heavy objects and move longitudinally along the main beam.
