Underslung Eot Crane

1. Product Introduction:

European type underslung eot crane is used in conjunction with European-style electric hoist, with a rated lifting capacity of 3.2t~20t.It is widely used in workshops, warehouses and other material handling occasions in machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, food, papermaking, building materials, electronics and other industries. It is forbidden to use in flammable and corrosive media environment. The working level is higher than that of traditional single girder overhead cranes, which can reach A5-A6.

3. Applicable Environment:

European type underslung eot crane are widely used in workshops, warehouses and other material handling occasions in machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, petroleum, petrochemical, ports, railways, civil aviation, electric power, food, papermaking, building materials, electronics and other industries. It is especially suitable for material handling, precision assembly of large parts and other occasions that require precise positioning, and the working environment temperature is -25-40 ℃. It is forbidden to use in flammable and corrosive media environment.

4. Crane maintenance standards: hook maintenance

(1) Disassemble and inspect the hook, shaft, beam, pulley, and bearings and clean and lubricate them. The hook, beam, pulley shaft, and threaded parts that are not allowed to have cracks should not loosen the bearings and rotate the pulley intact. If there are knife marks or cracks at the thread relief groove, it should be replaced;

 

(2) Check the wear condition of the dangerous section. If the wear of the dangerous section exceeds 10% of the original height, it should be replaced;

 

(3) Test of hook. After overhaul, the hook should be tested and inspected. The elastic opening of the hook mouth should not exceed 0.25% of the hook mouth size when suspended for 10 minutes at 1.25 times the rated load. There should be no permanent deformation or cracks after unloading;

 

(4) Plate hook maintenance, after the plate hook is riveted. The gap between boards should not be greater than 0.3mm.

 

5. Crane wire rope maintenance

(1) Broken wire inspection: If the number of broken wires in one twist pitch exceeds 10% of the total number of steel wires, they should be scrapped according to standards;

 

(2) Radial wear amount: The entire steel wire rope whose radial wear exceeds 40% of the original diameter should be scrapped;

 

(3) Deformation inspection: If the diameter of the wire rope shrinks to 70% of the rope diameter, and if the broken strand is exposed at the core of the rope, the wire rope should be scrapped and replaced with a new one;

 

(4) Wire rope lubrication: Before lubrication, use a wire brush, kerosene, etc. to clean wire rope sesame grease (Q/SY1152 65) or synthetic stone calcium-based lubrication finger (SYA1405-65). It is advisable to dip and saturate it.
