6. Preparation work before installation of Underhung double girder bridge crane

(1) Pretreatment of repurchased material

 

Pretreatment includes: preliminary correction of I-beams and channel steels.

Requirements: Straight and no deformation; all profiles will be rust-removed, dust-removed, and then sprayed with an anti-rust primer, and after the primer is dry, spray a matte gray topcoat twice.

Requirements: Uniform coating, good adhesion, basically no leakage and dripping.
