MH type overhead gantry hoist crane is used with CD1, MD1 type electric hoist, which is suitable for fixed span of open-air operation, and can be made into cantilever free, single cantilever or double cantilever structure according to user requirements. According to the structural form can be divided into box type and truss type. This machine is prohibited to lift inflammable and explosive materials.
It is generally used in conjunction with CD1 and MD1 electric hoists. Mainly suitable for lifting weight 3t-32t, span 12m-30m, can be customized according to customer requirements, Working environment -20°C ~ +40°C, the working system is 25%, and the wind pressure is not more than 125Pa. 3. Component:
MH type overhead gantry hoist crane with Hoist is mainly composed of main beam, outrigger and lower beam. The main beam and the lower beam are made of a box-shaped structure welded by four steel plates, and the outriggers are also composed of a box-shaped structure welded by four steel plates; the electric hoist directly walks under the I-beam lower flange plate of the main beam.
In order to facilitate storage and transportation, the main beam, the outrigger and the lower beam are connected by M20 bolts to form a whole.
The running mechanism of the cart is mainly composed of electric motor, brake, reducer, wheel, etc. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation, use and maintenance.
