3.Operation process of bridge crane systems

 

Before using the bridge crane systems, check whether the bridge, truck operating mechanism, car, control system and other components are in good condition, and confirm that there is no abnormality before starting.

 

The operator should be familiar with the buttons, switches and other operating parts on the control panel, and control the operation of the car and the car according to actual needs.

4. Operation skills of Dejun brand bridge crane systems

 

Whether the main hook or the auxiliary hook is used in the lifting operation mainly depends on the weight of the heavy object, which requires the driver to accurately estimate the weight of the lifting object to avoid overloading the auxiliary hook or the main hook being too light.

 

When the main and auxiliary hooks lift a heavy object at the same time, it should be noted that the auxiliary hooks cannot be overloaded, and one hook should be operated one by one during operation. Because the main and auxiliary hooks have different speeds and start at the same time, it is easy to cause accidents such as instability or overturning of the hoisted weight; and because of the fast speed of the auxiliary hook, the auxiliary hook will lift the entire heavy object first, resulting in overloading of the auxiliary hook.

 

When the auxiliary hook lifts a heavy object at the same time, when it is falling, the balance of the heavy object should be kept, and the descending speed of the auxiliary hook should be controlled to prevent the heavy object being lifted from being unstable or turning over.
