1.Product introduction：

 

Double girder new overhead crane is also called double girder cranes and overhead cranes. 3. Applicable Environment:
 

Double girder new overhead crane with winch trolley equipped with hooks are suitable for lifting work in machining, assembly workshops, metal structure workshops, metallurgy and foundry workshops and various warehouses; Equipped with grab buckets, it is suitable for metallurgical, cement, chemical and other industrial sectors or open-air fixed-span handling of bulk materials.

Crane working class: A5 crane (For less frequent work, such as general machining and assembly workshops).
 

Crane working class: A6 crane (used for more frequent work, such as auxiliary lifting in metallurgical and foundry workshops).

4. The difference between hoist trolley, hoist and electric hoist
 

The working principle of the three is basically the same.

 

Electric hoists are generally used for lifting small and small tonnage objects.

The types of cranes used with small-tonnage cranes are: single-girder bridge cranes, double-girder electric hoist bridge cranes, and can also be used alone with I-beams. Electric hoists generally lift heavy objects from above.

 

Hoists are generally used for power from below. It is used with fixed pulleys to lift heavy objects, and is generally used with elevators.

 

The hoist trolley and the electric hoist work on the same principle. It is generally used for lifting objects with a large tonnage, and it is used in conjunction with a double-girder crane to lift objects from above.

There are many types of cranes used in conjunction with it: double-girder bridge cranes, double-girder grab cranes, double-girder electromagnetic cranes, etc.

A. Technical training arrangements

Free training of technical personnel, for the demander to train electrical, mechanical, crane operation and other technical personnel, so that they master electrical, mechanical assembly, overhaul, maintenance and crane operation and other aspects of technology, until both parties are satisfied, the use of teaching materials are implemented in accordance with the relevant national standard documents.

 

B. Warranty service plan

After the execution of the contract and the delivery of the product to the user, the company shall fulfill the obligation of timely and responsible reply to the user's consultation on product technology and quality.

 

C. Emergency maintenance schedule

System failure warranty response time: Monday to Sunday 8:30-18:00 within 2 hours. Through mail, telephone, video and other online means to guide customers to operate, if necessary, professional and technical personnel to the offline operation.

 

D. Maintenance service fee standard

During the warranty period, the seller shall be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, free replacement of parts and accessories caused by non-improper operation and non-external reasons, and shall ship the repaired products or replacement products to the site of the end user within 7 days from the date of receipt of the faulty products at its designated place. Replacement of parts due to improper operation or external damage shall be borne by the buyer.
