3. bridge part of single beam under running crane

 

The bridge part is mainly composed of main beam, cross beam, trolley conductive support, control room and other auxiliary parts. The main beams are mainly made of steel plate splicing into U shape, and then welded with I-steel into box-type solid belly beams, and the corresponding arch is prefabricated according to the standard; The beam is made of steel plate welded into a box type, and the hole is inserted in the box type beam to install the wheel group; The connecting plate form is adopted between the main beam and the beam, and is connected with bolts to become a whole.

 

4. Applicable Environment:

 

The working environment temperature of single beam under running crane is-20-+40 ℃, which is widely used in production workshops, warehouses and freight yards and other places. It is forbidden to work in the environment of flammable, explosive and corrosive media. The working class is A3~A4.

 

Not suitable for fire hazard, explosion hazard media and places with relative humidity greater than 85% or full of corrosive gases, It is also not suitable for lifting molten metal and toxic, flammable and explosive items.

5. Safety reminder of single beam under running crane:

1, crane (including hoist) is strictly prohibited manned operation, heavy objects are strictly prohibited to stand people;

 

2, crane (including hoist) wire rope wedge joint must be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB5973-86, wire rope head remaining length of 200mm, and install two rope clips to wedge joint wire rope closed and locked, it is strictly prohibited to install, repair and operate the use of equipment;

 

3, crane (including hoist) after use, hook from the ground height ≥2 meters;

 

4, the user must fill the oil in the reducer to test the machine and start.
