5. Lifting wire rope replacement steps and precautions
1. Take a trolley to the front end of the boom and clamp the lifting wire rope and trolley rope with buckles (also called U-shaped buckles) (50 cm away from the trolley), then loosen all the buckles of the lifting wire rope, and retract the trolley to the crane. The hook falls on the introduction platform and loosens the buckle blocking the lifting wire rope and trolley rope.
2. Loosen the lifting limit, collect the wire rope to the balance arm, lift the new wire rope from the gap of the winch and tie it, let go of the old wire rope, install the new wire rope and arrange the wire rope.
3. Thread the wire rope from the tower cap, into the trolley wheel, into the hook and then into the trolley wheel. At a distance of 50 cm from the trolley, fasten the trolley wire rope and the lifting wire rope with a buckle (leave 1-2 meters for the lifting wire rope) ) The trolley goes to the front end of the boom, threads the wire rope and fastens it with buckles, loosens the buckles blocking the trolley rope and the main rope, and restores the lifting limit. can save on your electricity bills while still being able to handle heavy loads.
