QDX running crane is a very heavy duty crane, normally used by larger manufacturers and steel warehouses. It is composed of box type bridge frame,lifting trolley, crane traveling mechanism, and electrical system.QDX running crane is an excellent choice where high speeds and heavy service are required. As the widely used hoisting machinery currently especially is suitable for working at warehouses and freight yard and other department it is prohibited to use the equipment in the combustible, explosive or corrosives environment.

3. Component:

 

The QDX running crane is mainly composed of bridge frame, trolley, hoisting mechanism, parts and operating room, etc. Compared with the traditional overhead crane, the limit distance from the hook to the wall is small and the headroom is low.

 

The main beam adopts the optimized design of the overall mechanism, the structure is compact and reasonable, and the whole is light. The main girder is welded by steel plates, and the main structure is box girder and H-shaped steel girder structure.

 

The end beams are welded from steel pipes or steel plates. In order to improve the dimensional accuracy, reduce the error and reach the required level, there are double rims on each end beam, which are protected by safety devices such as buffers. In the direction of the main beam, there is a maintenance platform on the side of the cart drive, which is convenient for maintenance and walking. The linking parts of the main beam and the end beam are connected by bolts with the highest strength, thus ensuring the highest precision and smoothest operation of the European QDX running crane.

Design software developed by the company combine with three-dimensional modering and finite-element analysis, apply the reasonable structure to lifting mechanism, steel construction and accessories, together with wide use of high-strength material, it increases load capacity, decreases self-weight and has lower weight and wheel pressure than that of traditional crane.

Use variable-frequency technology, run with heavy load at low and light load at high speed. The adjustable speed ranges in 1:10, which ensures QDX running crane run steadily and reduces impact on factory building. In the case of meeting the same requirements, the height of the workshop can be reduced, the section size of the rail-bearing beam can be reduced, the bearing capacity of the corbel and the pile foundation can be reduced, and the requirements for the rail and the power supply slide line can be reduced.
