1. Product Introduction:
 

The QE free standing crane is based on the QD type bridge crane, changing the single trolley into a double trolley. It can lift objects independently with a single hook or with double hooks at the same time. It is mainly composed of a bridge frame, a trolley operating mechanism, a trolley, and electrical equipment. It is used for lifting long materials in workshops or open-air warehouses of factories and mines.

 

The QE free standing crane is mounted on the bridge guide rail and can move along the width of the workshop. The trolley is mainly made of welded steel plates and consists of a trolley frame, a trolley moving mechanism and a lifting mechanism on it.

The trolley moving mechanism is composed of trolley motor, brake, coupling, reducer and wheels. The trolley motor drives the trolley's driving wheel through the reducer, and drags the trolley to move along the guide rail. Since the trolley's driving wheels are close to each other, they are driven by one motor.

 

There are two transmission forms of the trolley's moving mechanism: one is that the reduction box is in the middle of the two driving wheels; the other is that the reduction gearbox is installed on one side of the trolley. The reduction box is installed between the two driving wheels, so that the torque borne by the drive shaft is relatively uniform; the reduction box is installed on one side of the trolley, making installation and maintenance more convenient.

3. Component: 

 

QE free standing crane is currently widely used lifting machinery, which is mainly composed of box bridge, hoisting trolley, cart operating mechanism and electrical control system. The retrieval device is two winches.

A track is laid on the main beam for the trolley to move laterally along the direction of the main beam. The main beam and the box-shaped end beam are welded, and the end beams are arranged with joints and bolted connections for the bridge frame to be disassembled and transported. The walking platform is used to place the cart running mechanism, electrical equipment and for maintenance.

 

4. Applicable Environment: 

 

QE free standing crane equipped with hooks are suitable for lifting work in machining, assembly workshops, metal structure workshops, metallurgy and foundry workshops and various warehouses; Equipped with grab buckets, it is suitable for metallurgical, cement, chemical and other industrial sectors or open-air fixed-span handling of bulk materials. In addition to being suitable for the loading, unloading and handling of ordinary heavy objects, the Double Girder Overhead Crane with Double Winch Trolley can also be equipped with a variety of spreaders for special operations.

QE free standing crane working class: A5 crane (used for less frequent work, such as general machining and assembly workshops).

 

QE Crane working class: A6 crane (used for more frequent work, such as auxiliary lifting in metallurgy and foundry).
 

When used in the open air with rain-proof equipment, the total weight and wheel pressure of the outdoor crane will increase by about 5%. The crane is divided into two working systems: intermediate (A5) and heavy (A6) according to the busyness of use. When selecting, the technical requirements such as working system, working environment, temperature and type of power supply should be indicated.

6. How to operate

Under the premise of strictly abiding by various rules and regulations, the QE free standing crane driver should do the following five points in operation.

(1) In the process of operating the free standing crane, the driver must start, brake smoothly, and the hook, spreader and hanging objects do not swing.

(2) On the basis of stable operation, the hook, spreader and hanger should accurately stop and land above the designated position.

(3) On the basis of stability and accuracy, coordinate the actions of corresponding crane mechanisms, shorten the working cycle time, ensure the continuous operation of the QE crane, and improve production

efficiency.

(4) Make sure that the crane works reliably and effectively when it is in good condition. During the operation, strictly implement the safety technical operation regulations of the crane, and prevent any personal and equipment accidents.

(5) On the basis of understanding the performance of the crane and the mechanical characteristics of the motor, operate the controller correctly and achieve reasonable control according to the specific conditions of the hanging objects.
