At temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius, the relative humidity is also required to not exceed 50%. The molten metal being lifted has a negative impact on plate hooks and forging hooks. 3. Component:

The QY metallurgical gantry bridge cranes is composed of five parts: box-shaped bridge frame, cart operating mechanism, trolley, grab bucket, and electrical equipment, which is consistent with the general double-girder bridge crane. However, the Metallurgical Electric Double Girder.

QY metallurgical gantry bridge cranes must have the following effective measures to ensure the normal use of the crane:

Anti-radiant heat device and fire board: the bottom of the driver's cab; the bottom of the main beam and the lifting beam; the wiring parts of the passage and platform, the bottom of the hoisting trolley and other parts that are exposed to heat radiation, all are fortified with vehicle heat-radiating devices;

Independently driven main and auxiliary trolleys. The main trolley is equipped with fixed-spacing gantry hooks to hoist the steel drum; the auxiliary trolley can be used to tip the steel drum or do other auxiliary lifting operations;

The protection levels of all electrical equipment and electronic control equipment meet the relevant standards for metallurgical double-girder overhead cranes;

4. Applicable Environment:

QY metallurgical gantry bridge cranes are mainly used for special cranes for metal smelting, rolling and thermal processing.

The altitude of the gantry bridge installation site shall not exceed 2000m (When it exceeds 1000m, the motor capacity should be checked according to the relevant regulations of GB755).

The working environment temperature and humidity of the gantry bridge: The working environment temperature of the crane is generally -10~+50°C; The relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a temperature of +40°C.

The site where the QY metallurgical gantry bridge cranes is used shall be free of flammable, explosive and corrosive gases and shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards and documents.

The installation of the QY crane running track shall generally comply with the requirements of GB10183. In case of special circumstances, it can be specified separately as needed.

5. QY metallurgical gantry bridge cranes radiant heat protection device and fireproof board:

1. The bottom of the cab of a QY metallurgical gantry bridge cranes that lifts molten metal or hot objects that is directly exposed to heat radiation should be equipped with a heat radiation barrier.

2.Gantry bridge cranes that lift molten metal or hot objects (except cranes with lower flanges as running rails) should be equipped with radiant heat protection devices at the bottom of the main beams and lifting beams that are directly exposed to radiant heat.

3. QY metallurgical gantry bridge cranes that use the following flange as a running track and lift molten metal or hot objects should be equipped with a vehicle heat radiation device at the bottom of the drafting trolley.

4. The heat radiation protection board should be equipped with reliable anti-fall measures.

5. For cranes that are directly affected by flames (such as feed-span casting cranes in steel plants), it is advisable to install fireproof panels in the main structural parts where flames directly burn.

6. Insulation layers should be provided at the wiring areas of the passages and platforms where cranes that lift molten metal or hot objects are directly exposed to radiant heat.

7. Cranes that lift molten metal or hot objects should take protective measures for electrical equipment that is directly exposed to radiant heat.
