② span. Also called span, it refers to the distance between two parallel tracks on which the crane travels. The span of the crane is generally 1.5m smaller than the span of the workshop. The span is divided into one level every 3m, from 10.5m to 31.5m, and the span greater than 31.5m is a non-standard span.
③ Speed. The speed is determined according to the busyness of the crane. The speed for light work is lower and the speed for heavy work is faster. If the lifting weight is small, the speed can be faster. If the lifting weight is large, the speed should be slowed down. Otherwise, it will be detrimental to safety.
