The deflection of rigid and flexible outriggers is kept within a certain range.

 

A correction device is usually installed on a large-span gantry crane (hereinafter referred to as gantry crane), which is used to indicate and adjust the deflection of the gantry crane.

 

During the operation of large-span portal cranes, due to the different running resistance of the outriggers on both sides, wheel slippage, and differences in wheel diameters, it often occurs that one outrigger is ahead of the other.

 

When the lead (or deflection) exceeds a certain value, the running resistance of the mechanism and the internal force of the metal components will increase, which may cause the running motor to burn or the metal components to be damaged, thereby reducing the safety of the drive device and metal components. performance and service life, and even make the door operator unable to work.

 

The door crane built by Dejun is equipped with a deflection indicating device and an electric shaft deviation correction system. There are 4 driving motors and 1 electric shaft motor on both sides of the rigid leg and the flexible leg, and the running deviation correction device is also installed at the ball joint where the flexible leg is hinged with the main beam.

 

A lever 3 is welded on the lower cover plate 1 of the main beam. When the main beam is not perpendicular to the flexible leg (that is, when there is a deflection angle), the lever moves the shift fork to 4 gears, and it should be pushed gear by gear, but it is not allowed The dwell time in each transition gear is too long (especially in the down gear of the hoisting mechanism).

 

If the driver operates roughly and exerts too much force, overshooting will occur when manipulating the lifting and operating mechanisms, resulting in damage to mechanical components and electrical systems, tripping and power outages.
