Crane Cab

The driver's cab is an important part of the lifting and transportation machinery to ensure the safe operation of the driver.

It is widely used in various lifting and transportation machinery such as container cranes, ship unloaders, tire port gantry cranes, gantry cranes, ship loaders, metallurgical bridge cranes, general bridge cranes and tower cranes.

2. Applicable Environment:

(1) The working environment temperature is -25℃~40℃

(2) For workshops, warehouses, stockyards, cargo yards, power stations, ports, shipyards, etc. with special requirements such as high temperature or low temperature and dust hazards, the top carrying capacity static load is > 2.5KN/m2.

3. Component:

(1) The driver's cab is set under the main beam and moves synchronously with the cart.

Make sure that the load and moving parts of the crane do not hit the cab.

(2) The driver's cab shall adopt a fully enclosed sandwich structure, the outer wall shall be made of cold-rolled thin steel plate with a thickness of not less than 3mm, and the middle insulation layer shall be made of glass wool felt fireproof and heat insulation material with a capacity of not less than 16KG/M3.

(3) The interior decorative board adopts the decorative board of insulating antistatic refractory material.

The floor is made of insulating non-slip material.

Door and window frames are made of aluminum alloy.

(4) The driver's cab has enough space, and the clearance should be more than 2.1m for the driver's operation and equipment maintenance.

(5) Windows are installed on the front, side and bottom of the driver's cab. The driver has a good field of vision, with a viewing angle range of 270 degrees, and can clearly observe the loading and unloading operations from the front, sides and bottom.

(6) The driver's cab is provided with three-sided stainless steel safety guardrails; the bottom windows are provided with protective nets; the side windows can be locked in three positions: closed, half-open and fully-open.

The front and bottom are made of (laminated) safety glass, the thickness of the front glass is not less than 8mm, and the bottom is not less than 10mm.

The glass can be replaced indoors.

(7) In order to save space, the entrance and exit of the driver's cab are equipped with sliding doors with door locks or sliding doors that open outwards, and ensure sound insulation, dustproof and heat preservation.

There is a safety passage between the driver's cab and the main beam, so that the driver can safely climb to the main beam and easily enter the upper and lower passages of the crane;

(8) The driver's cab should be equipped with sound insulation measures, the indoor noise should be controlled below 65 decibels near the driver's ears, and the driver's cab should be equipped with vibration isolation and buffer devices to prevent vibration and shaking of the driver when the crane is working;

(9) Control linkage platform the control linkage platform is located in front of and on both sides of the driver's operating position. It is a metal-enclosed structure with a protection level of IP41. The signal indicating devices, switches, buttons and emergency stop buttons on the operation panel on the linkage platform are all Set according to the standard configuration method, and meet the driver's operating habits;
