No-load test: Inspect and inspect the safety equipment of each operating mechanism of the LX electric single-girder suspension crane. They should be flexible and reliable without abnormal phenomena.

Static load test: Gradually load to the additional load, walk the LX electric single-girder suspension crane, run the monorail car along the entire length of the main beam several times, then unload the load and move to one side, and then drive the manual single-girder car to stop at the center of the car. Lift the additional load off the ground for 10 minutes, and measure the lower deflection of the main beam, which should not exceed 1/700 of the span. After unloading, hoist 1.25 times the additional load again. The lifting distance and hanging time are the same as above. For three consecutive times, a small amount of deformation is allowed for the first and second times, and no deformation is allowed after the third unloading.

Dynamic load test: Load to 1.1 times the rated load, the lifting structure and longitudinal structure of the traveling LX electric single-girder suspension crane are run repeatedly for 10 minutes. Each structure should be flexible, stable and reliable, and the reliability of the safety equipment should be checked.

The driver of the LX electric single-girder suspension crane must be in good mental state and physical fitness before operation. In particular, drinking and smoking are not allowed during or before work, which will greatly affect normal work and driving.

Before lifting operations, the driver of the LX electric single-girder suspension crane must clarify preventive measures according to the operating instructions and other safety standards to ensure that these safety measures are reasonable and effective, can truly play a role, and protect the safety of the crane during operation.

For operators, it is necessary to conduct better professional training before an accident occurs, especially to improve the flexibility of the operator's response to ensure that when an accident occurs, the damage can be reduced as the maneuvering operation proceeds.

When purchasing and using a suspension crane, pay attention to:

1. The acquisition, import, installation and technical transformation of all special equipment must comply with national quality and technical supervision and safety and health standards. In particular, the selection and acquisition of high-risk cranes should be approved in advance by the Safety Equipment Department.

2. Hoisting machinery installation units should obtain qualification certificates. Before installing the lifting machinery, the installation personnel should hold an operation certificate and a job certificate, and report them to the superior safety equipment department for review and filing.

3. Before the single-girder suspension crane is delivered for trial operation, the installation unit should conduct self-inspection and fill in a self-inspection statement, and submit it to the receiving unit for pre-inspection (complete records). Enter trial operation.

4. Strengthen crane management. Earnestly implement the handling guidelines and safety inspection guidelines for single-girder suspension cranes, conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the cranes, and eliminate hidden dangers in a timely manner so that the cranes are always in good operating condition.

5. Strengthen the education and training of single-girder suspension crane operators, strictly implement safe operating procedures, and improve operating skills and emergency response capabilities.
