3. Component:
The electric winch is composed of base, reducer, elastic coupling, brake, reel, motor and electrical equipment.
It is a device that drives the drum by mechanical power and winds the rope to complete the traction work.
4. Applicable Environment:
Mainly used in construction, water conservancy projects, forestry, mines, docks, etc. for material lifting or flat dragging.
5. Matters needing attention
(1) During the work, the commander's signal should be obeyed. When the signal is unclear or may cause an accident, the operation should be suspended, and the operation can be continued after the situation is clarified.
(2) If there is a sudden power failure during operation, the knife should be opened immediately and the transported objects should be put down.
(3) After the operation is completed, the material tray should be placed on the ground and the electric box should be locked.
(4) The wear and tear of the steel wire rope and the machine during use. The local damage of spontaneous combustion corrosion is inevitable, and the protective oil should be painted at intervals.
(5) Overload use is strictly prohibited. That is, the maximum load capacity is exceeded.
(6) During use, be careful not to get knotted, flattened, injured by electric arcs, or corroded by chemical media.
(7) Do not directly hoist high-temperature objects, and add guards for angular objects.
(8) The wire rope used should be checked frequently during use, and it should be scrapped immediately if it reaches the scrapping standard.
6. Transportation:
The transportation method of the electric hoist is determined by its load. Small electric hoists can be packed in wooden boxes or other designated packaging methods, and then placed in containers for transportation;
As for the large electric hoist, because of its own weight and volume, it cannot be packed in a wooden box, so it needs to be simply packed and put into a container or placed on a ship plywood.
7. Scrap standard for winch wire rope
(1) The diameter is reduced;
If the diameter wear exceeds 40%, it should be scrapped, and if it does not exceed 40%, the coefficient should be reduced.
(2) Surface corrosion;
When the surface corrosion of the entire wire rope is obvious to the naked eye, the wire rope cannot be used.
(3) Structural damage;
If the whole strand of the wire rope is broken, it should be scrapped, and the wire rope with broken wires should be used with a reduced coefficient.
(4) Overload;
Wire ropes used for overloading shall not be used.
