Prepare climbing equipment, such as aerial work vehicles, scaffolding, etc. The height of the electric hoist of the lifting machinery is generally about 8 meters. It is necessary to rely on climbing equipment for repair operations.

Preparation: 2 electric hoists, 2 lifting belts, wrenches, screwdrivers, and 2 sets of safety belts.

After the installation personnel board the climbing equipment, they should fasten their safety belts and hang them in a secure place at each step. Turn off the power of the lifting equipment and remove all control lines from the electric hoist power cord to ensure that there is no need to worry when the crane is lowered.

The electric hoists of two electric single-girder cranes are suspended on both sides of the crane beam. The lifting points of the electric hoist must be firm and reliable and can withstand the weight of the electric hoist. Use two electric hoists to pull the original electric hoist from both sides until the hoist wheel breaks away from the I-beam tread.

The two electric hoists are mainly used to maintain the balance of the electric hoist and facilitate disassembly. Loosen the screws at both ends of the trolley hanging plate shaft, so that the trolley hanging plate is separated from both sides, and the separation gap is larger than the width of the I-beam.

The electric hoists on both sides of the crane slowly lower the electric hoists of the electric single-girder crane until the crane is completely separated from the main beam.

The installation procedure for a new electric hoist is opposite to the disassembly procedure. Electric single-girder suspension crane is one of the more practical types of cranes currently on the market. As a large piece of equipment, accidents may occur if care is not taken during use.

Instructions for use. Before using the electric single-girder suspension crane, it is necessary to walk around all the structures in the no-load state, and it can be used only after everything is installed properly. The lifting capacity of the bridge crane shall not exceed the additional weight of a single girder. When lifting objects, they must be in a vertical position. It is strictly forbidden to use mobile electric single-beam suspension bridge vehicles and manual monorail trolleys to drag heavy objects. For other operational safety matters, please follow relevant regulations.

Adjustment and maintenance. Check whether the main beam, the longitudinal structure of the cart, and the connecting bolts of the manual monorail trolley are loose or broken, and deal with them in time. Check the pre-camber of main beams every year, analyze the reasons for failure and make timely corrections. The adjustment and maintenance of the hoist should be carried out according to the product operating instructions. The metal structure of the crane can be painted every 3-5 years based on the last painting. The replacement of wearing parts such as wheels, gears, hooks, chains, etc. shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.
