Off-road vehicle/Marine Electric Winch
Marine electric winch is a hoisting tool that rotates a vertically set reel by manpower or mechanical power, and winds a flexible member (wire rope, chain, etc.) horizontally to complete the traction operation. There are two kinds of manual winch and electric winch. Except for the reel part, it has no principle difference from ordinary winches, and is often used for handling work and ship docks.
Off-road vehicle winch is a type of winch. It is made by the principle of wheel and axle, and it is rotated by power or manpower. Marine winches are used to retract cables or anchor chains.
Warn
1. Make sure the clutch is fully engaged before starting the winch.
2. Stay awake and away from the load.
3. Keep the wire rope clean, and do not manipulate the wire rope when pulling.
4. At least five turns of the wire rope should remain on the drum.
Marine electric winch working demonstration:
1. Turn the handle (the part number is P0350025) to the "off" position, and the clutch is released.
2. Grasp the hook in the wire rope hook assembly (Part No. P0350500) and pull out the wire rope to the desired length, then attach the hook to a fixed object or vehicle.
Note: There are at least 5 turns of steel wire rope on the drum. Please review the electric motor described above before working.
Safety warnings and precautions for winches, operation warnings and precautions, etc.
3. Turn the handlebar (part number P0350025) to the "closed" position, and the clutch is re-engaged.
If necessary, you can turn the drum to make a "tick" sound to prove that the clutch has been fully engaged, and then tighten the clutch lever assembly to the "closed" position.
4. Insert the plug on the remote control switch (part number is P0350400) into the socket of the electric control box.
5. Perform a test run for one to two seconds in the two states of the winch "off" or "on" to ensure that the clutch is completely in place.
6. Stand in a safe area on the side of the electric winch traction route, toggle the button on the remote control switch until it is reversed, and then release the button until the motor stops working.
7. When the use of the winch is over, unplug the plug of the wire control switch (part number is P0350400),
Then cover the socket cover of the electric control box.
Maintain
lubricating
1. All the moving parts in the winch have been lubricated with high-temperature resistant lithium-based grease at the factory, and no relubrication is required.
2. The wire rope of the winch should be cleaned regularly and greased with grease to ensure lubrication and anti-slack.
Wire Rope Replacement
If your wire rope has been damaged, please refer to the following method to replace it before use:
1. Turn the clutch handle to the "off" position to disengage the clutch.
2. Pull out all the wire ropes. When replacing the wire ropes, pay attention to the connection method between the wire rope and the drum and the winding direction of the wire rope.
3. Remove the old steel wire rope, replace it with a new one, and tighten it with M6×8 screws (part number is P0350008).
4. Then turn the clutch handle to the "closed" position.
5. Drive the new wire rope around the drum correctly, neatly and tightly through the winch drive; when winding the wire rope, it is best to load the winch with a load of 10% times the rated tension of the winch.
Note: The wire rope should be wound in from the bottom of the drum, and the wire rope should not be twisted into knots.
