Trolley Overhead Crane
LDP type trolley overhead crane (hereinafter referred to as the crane) is designed and manufactured according to the JB/T1306-94 standard. It is used together with CD1, MDI and other types of electric hoists to become a light and small crane that runs off-track. The electric hoist is located on one side of the main beam, which increases the service space of the hook and reduces the height and cost of the factory building.
The lifting capacity is 1~16 tons, the applicable span is 7.5m-22.5m, the working temperature is -25°C~+40°C, and the humidity is ≤84%. It works in an environment without fire, explosion and corrosive media, and it is forbidden to lift liquid metal, toxic, flammable, and explosive items.
There are three electrical control modes according to the different operating forms, one is to control on the ground with a cable button box suspended from the electric hoist; the other is to control on the ground with a remote controller through a wireless receiving device connected to the electric hoist; the latter is to operate in the cab on the side of the bridge.
The first two types of operators walk with the vehicle, and the running speed of the bridge frame cannot be very fast, generally no more than 45m/min, 20 m/min, while the operator's cab can make the bridge frame run faster, 45 m/min.

The trolley overhead crane power supply is introduced by the angle steel or trolley line on one side of the plant, while the electric hoist is powered by cables. The electric hoist and the whole crane are equipped with safety devices, such as lifting weight limiter, lifting limit switch, end limit switch, fire limit switch, etc.
This product is mostly used in machinery manufacturing, machinery assembly and warehouses, etc. Its structural characteristics are as follows:

Metal structure part:
The main girder is generally welded by steel plates to form a box-shaped solid-web girder. The beam is also welded into a box shape with steel plates. For the convenience of storage and transportation, the main beam and the beam are connected with high-strength bolts.
Electric hoist:
The electric hoist can lift heavy objects and move longitudinally along the main beam on the lower flange of the I-beam under the main beam. The main varieties are CD1 and MD1.
For CD1 type, the lifting speed is 8m/min (when the lifting capacity is 10 tons, the lifting speed is 7m/min);
The MD1 type is a double-speed hoist with a lifting speed of 8 m/min and 0.8 m/min (when the lifting capacity is 10 tons, the lifting speed is 7 m/min and 0.72 m/min).
Standard lifting heights are 6m, 9m, 12m, 18m, 24m, 30m and so on. There are two types of hoist running speed along the main beam: 30m/min and 20m/min, generally 20m/min.
Operating mechanism:
This product adopts separate driving form, which is completed by a conical braking asynchronous motor, and the deceleration device adopts a "one open, one closed" gear reduction transmission.
Electrical equipment
The running motor of our products is a conical braking asynchronous motor. The electric hoist and the whole machine are equipped with safety devices, such as: lifting limit switch, cart end limit switch, etc.

Installation
1. At the user site, install the driving device of the trolley bridge crane operating mechanism on the end beam.
2. Connect the main and end beams with bolts. The bolts are high-strength bolts whose performance can ensure the connection strength of the main and end beams. When tightening the bolts, fasten them diagonally symmetrically up and down, left and right. After the main and end beams are assembled, they can be inspected according to the relevant technical requirements of the standard JB/T1306-94. The connecting surface of the main end beams should be cleaned of burrs before assembly.
3. Assemble the trolley overhead crane terminal forming switch and switch box and other electrical appliances on the end beam, connect the relevant electrical parts, and debug the two running motors to make them turn in the same direction.
4. The electric hoist can be pre-installed on the main girder and erected on the track together with the crane, or it can be erected separately.
5. The control room must be assembled to the crane after the crane is erected on the track.
6. Refer to the drawing to erect the power trolley line device.
7. Install and connect the control lines according to the electrical installation and wiring diagram. After installation, it must be ensured that the movement direction of the crane is consistent with the direction specified by the buttons in the control room.
Use and Maintenance
Test run: In the case of no load, turn on the power, start and check whether the operating mechanism, control system and safety device are sensitive and accurate, and adjust it to be safe and reliable before use.
Do not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the trolley overhead crane.
It is not allowed to hang objects obliquely along the direction of the main beam.
The user should always check whether there is any abnormality in each part of the crane, especially the connection of the main end beam. If there is no welding, it should be checked frequently.

Precautions
It is strictly forbidden to carry people on the trolley overhead crane (including hoists), and it is strictly forbidden to stand under heavy objects;
Wedge joints for steel wire ropes of cranes (including hoists) must be in accordance with the relevant regulations of GB5973-86.
According to regulations, the remaining length of the wire rope head is 200mm, and two rope clamps are installed to secure the wedge joint
The steel wire rope is closed and locked, and it is strictly forbidden to install, maintain and operate the equipment without a license;
After the trolley bridge crane (including the gourd) is used, the height of the hook from the ground is ≥ 2 meters;
The user must fill the reducer with oil before testing and starting it.
