Electric Single Beam Crane

Description

The Electric Single Beam Crane is a bridge crane, which uses a single beam to support the crane and trolley. Maintenance of bridge cranes

1) The appearance of the bridge crane: clean the appearance comprehensively, so that there is no dust and no yellow robes. Check for cracks and open welding.
 

2) Carts and trolleys: ① Check and fasten the transmission shaft seat, gear box, coupling, shaft and key for looseness; ② Check and adjust the brake wheel clearance to make it even, sensitive and reliable.
 

3) Check the bridge crane reducer mainly to see if it leaks oil. If there is abnormal sound in the box during operation, it is necessary to open the box cover to check. Generally, it is caused by bearing damage, excessive gear meshing backlash, serious tooth surface wear and other reasons.
 

4) Lifting winch: ① Check whether the wire rope, hook and pulley are safe and reliable, and replace them if the wear exceeds the specified value. ② Check and adjust the brake to make it safe, sensitive and reliable.
