The double-girder overhead electric hoist crane is composed of bridge frame, trolley running mechanism, cart running mechanism and electrical equipment. The typical structure of traditional layout is adopted in the overall design of the system, and the trolley running mechanism adopts centralized drive.

 

The pulley block of the hoisting mechanism adopts a double pulley block, the weight does not move horizontally during the lifting process, the lifting process is stable, and the installation and replacement of the wire rope is easy. The corresponding winding device adopts a single-layer drum, which has the advantages of large contact area with the wire rope and low unit pressure. The selection of wire ropes, reducers, couplings, motors and brakes is also involved in the hoisting mechanism. The trolley running mechanism involves calculation of trolley wheel pressure, selection and calculation of trolley wheels, trolley tracks, reducers, couplings, motors and brakes, etc.

1. Transmission system composition:

2. The crane has four traveling wheels, which are installed at both ends of the two end beams. Two of them are active wheels. Two are passive wheels. The driving mechanism of the active wheel is installed on the walking platform. Here, two sets of symmetrical and independent driving devices are used, which we call separate driving.

 

The transmission mechanism of the cart is driven separately, and the motor is used to drive the wheels through the horizontal reducer fixed on the walking platform. The motor and the reducer are connected by a gear coupling and the transmission shaft, and the reducer and the wheels are connected by a gear coupling. The drive mode connected with the drive, the active and passive wheel axles are supported on the angular bearing box, this structure is convenient for assembly, disassembly and maintenance.

 

3. The wheel is in the form of a standard double rim cylindrical tread, and the material is ZG50SiMn. After power frequency quenching, the hardness of the tread is HB300-380. The depth of the hardened layer is 20mm, and the hardness at the depth of 20mm is not less than HB260.

 

4. The operating limit position of the overhead electric hoist crane is realized by the combination of the LX10-11 limit switch installed on the crane trolley and the polyurethane buffer arranged at both ends of the end beam.

 

5. All mechanisms adopt rolling bearings and hydraulic push rod brakes.

 

The trolley running mechanism is a vertical involute gear reducer driven by a motor. The low-speed shaft of the speed reducer is connected with the active wheels mounted on the trolley frame in a centralized driving manner. The motor adopts a double-ended output shaft, and one end of the shaft is equipped with a brake.

Operating Procedures

 

1. If you encounter obstacles on the road before driving or during operation, you should ring the bell to warn;

 

2. When operating and lifting heavy objects, you should obey the command of the full-time commander on the ground, but anyone who enters sends an emergency stop signal. The operator must stop immediately;

 

3. Generally, two cranes are not allowed to lift objects at the same time. In special cases, special measures should be taken and approved by the equipment manager;

 

4. When the overhead electric hoist crane runs without heavy objects, the hook is more than 2.5 meters above the ground;

 

5. It is strictly forbidden for the crane to pass over the head of the person when the crane is lifting heavy objects;

 

6. When the crane is running with loads, the weight point should be 0.5 meters less from the obstacles on the heavy load running line;

 

7. It is strictly forbidden to transport or lift people with hooks;

 

8. Tools, spare parts, fasteners, sundries, etc. must be stored in special boxes, and it is forbidden to randomly scatter them on the crane, so as to avoid accidents of personal injury or equipment damage when objects fall;

 

9. When lifting liquid metals, harmful liquids and important items, no matter how heavy they are, they must be lifted slightly 150-200 mm above the ground. After verifying the reliability of the brake, the normal lifting work is performed again;

 

10. When the overhead electric hoist crane in the open air is not working, try to securely fix the crane (for example, hang the hook on the ground anchor, plug the inclined iron at the wheel, etc.), to prevent the crane from being blown away by the wind and causing accidents;

 

11. The operator must ensure that it does not collide with another crane. In the case of a crane failure, it is allowed to use another adjacent crane to push this crane. In this case, the two cranes must not load, and move slowly at the same speed;

 

12. When lifting heavy objects and lowering the spreader, the operator must not leave the control room;

 

13. When the crane is finished working, the spreader should be raised to the upper position, that is, the limit position;

 

14. Inspection and maintenance are not allowed when the overhead electric hoist crane is working.
