The structure of the Free Standing Bridge Crane is mainly composed of the main beam, the beam, the trolley running mechanism, the trolley, and the trolley running mechanism, which is a heavy crane running on the track.

The working system is suitable for A3-A7, the working environment temperature is in the range of -25℃-40℃, the lifting capacity is 2t-550t, and the applicable span is 7.5-33.5 meters.

Product composition:

The machine is composed of five parts: a box-type bridge frame, trolley running mechanism, trolley, grab bucket and electrical equipment. All mechanisms are operated in the control room.

Applicable environment:

This product is a general crane, used for general machinery manufacturing, the coal mining chemical industry, and other places handling and loading and unloading materials.

 

It is suitable for loading and unloading loose particles such as ore, limestone, mineral powder, coke, and coal sand in warehouses and workshops of metallurgy, cement, and chemical enterprises in the indoor or open air and fixed span.

 

Standing Bridge Crane is not easy to work in inflammable and explosive media or places with high humidity and corrosive gases. It is also not suitable for lifting molten metals, or toxic and flammable materials.

 

 

Spreader:

The picking device is a two-reel four-rope grab with a simple structure and reliable operation. The grab can be opened and closed at any height, and the toothed grab should be used when grasping material particles greater than 200mm.
 

The grab is more suitable for bulk materials in a natural stacking state.

 

Note: When grabbing underwater materials or special materials, it must be indicated when ordering. When used in the open air, waterproof equipment should be equipped.

At the beginning of the work, the grab is raised from the support wire rope to the appropriate position and then lowered to open and close the wire rope. At this point, the weight of the lower beam forces the long axis of the beam below the bucket to open as the center, and when the collision block hits, the bucket opens to the maximum limit.

The anti-leakage grab is an effective tool for loading and unloading rapeseed, soybean, alumina, phosphate powder, titanium powder, fertilizer, and other small particles with large mobility under the crane. It is a special form of two-leaf grab.

① Where is Your Factory? May I visit Your Factory?

Xinxiang city, Henan Province. We can pick up you at the train station or airport, and book hotel for your in advance, if you visit our factory.

 

② What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?

Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference.

If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

 

③ Could we buy spare parts in local once they are out of work?

Our main electrical parts brand is Siemens or Schneider brand; it's very easy to buy all the world. But if there is any difficulty, we can post to you by express, such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, Aramex, etc.

 

④ Do you have engineer oversea installation service?

Yes, we have.

 

⑤ How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?

We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual.

If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.

⑥ How can I make payment?

We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, Paypal.

For regular clients, we could provide more supportive payment term.
