The grab storage bridge crane (loading and unloading bridge) has the characteristics of one machine with multiple functions. It can not only undertake the stacking operation of the coal yard, but also unload the truck and load the coal. It is composed of metal bridge frame, cart traveling mechanism, trolley and its traveling mechanism, grab bucket and its lifting and closing mechanism, brake, coal hopper and coal feeder and other parts.

 

The metal bridge consists of the bridge main girder and two elevated legs. The main girder is the load-bearing mechanism of the crane, which bears the lifting load and the self-weight of the traveling mechanism of the trolley, and transmits it to the track through the outriggers. One of the two outriggers is hinged with the main beam, called flexible outrigger, which only bears vertical load; the other is rigidly connected with the main beam, called rigid outrigger, which bears both vertical load and horizontal load.

Classification of grab specifications and models

 

Grab is a commonly used construction machinery accessory, which is widely used in various construction, agriculture, mining and other fields. According to its structure and use, grabs can be divided into the following types:

 

1. Angle iron grab: suitable for light-duty operations, such as cleaning the construction site, collecting garbage, etc.

 

2. Ordinary bucket: suitable for general operations, such as earthmoving operations, mine transportation, etc.

 

3. Reinforced bucket: suitable for heavy-duty operations, such as digging hard soil and stones.

In order to ensure the reliable and safe operation of the storage bridge crane, a maintenance system for electrical equipment should be formulated in accordance with the provisions of "6067-85", and familiar with the causes and troubleshooting methods of various equipment failures. The maintenance of main electrical equipment is as follows:

 

1. In order to improve the service life of the storage bridge crane electrical equipment, it is necessary to keep the electrical equipment such as the contactor in the control box clean to prevent leakage, breakdown, and short circuit.

 

2. When using the suspension wire to conduct electricity, the corner rust and dirt on the trolley slide rail should be removed at any time to maintain the normal operation of the traction pulley. Track inspection: mainly observe whether the track is straight, whether the pressure plate is firm, and whether it is loose. If the car is found to be stuck when walking, try to correct the track or adjust the wheels.

 

 

Storage bridge crane safety operating procedures:

 

It is not allowed to hang in the air for a long time, and personnel are not allowed to leave their posts when hanging objects.

After the work is over, the storage bridge crane should be driven back to the left side of the gate, and the operation button switch should be hung at the designated position.
 

When hanging the operation button switch, you should pay attention to how to hang it before removing it, and how to hang it when you put it back, so as to prevent rainwater from flowing into the button switch.
