The double bridge crane adopts a structural form of double beams, double tracks, and double carriages. Each lifting trolley is equipped with an independent transmission system. The lifting mechanism of two lifting trolleys can not only independently complete the lifting, but also lift and lower together. Features

Cart running mechanism

 

The traveling mechanism of the cart is supported by 4 wheels as the support of the crane, and the crane is driven separately by two sets of independent drive systems.

 

The transmission type of the cart driving system is: a motor drives a reducer through a gear coupling and a transmission shaft, and the low-speed shaft of the reducer is connected to the wheel shaft with a coupling, and the driving wheel ratio is 1:2. When starting, the driving wheel does not slip, and when braking, it is stable and reliable. This structural arrangement is beneficial to the installation, maintenance and disassembly of the components of the drive system.

 

The wheel diameter and material selection of the trolley running mechanism is based on the maximum supporting force of the wheel under the most unfavorable working conditions, so as to ensure that some wheels will not be overloaded.

 

Lifting mechanism

 

Each of the two hoisting trolleys is equipped with a set of independent driving devices. The driving devices are compactly arranged and easy to maintain, ensuring safety and reliability.

 

The working principle of the lifting mechanism: the motor works, the speed is changed through the reducer, and then the drum is driven through the drum coupling, and the lifting of the hook is completed through the wire rope winding system.

 

The hoisting mechanism on the two hoisting trolleys can not only complete the hoisting independently, but also cooperate to complete the work of turning over the equipment.

 

The hoisting mechanism adopts a frequency conversion speed regulation system, the braking is smooth without impact, and the hook is positioned accurately, which not only improves the user's production efficiency, but also greatly prolongs the service life of each component of the hoisting mechanism.

 

The braking of the hoisting mechanism adopts the scheme of supporting braking and controlling braking. The control brake adopts electric brake, and the support brake is set on the high-speed shaft of the motor for braking, so that the lifting mechanism brakes smoothly, safely and reliably.

The driver's cab is the workplace where the operator manipulates the crane. It adopts a closed, tempered glass heat-insulating driver's cab. Its structural design not only considers various functional requirements, durability, safety and reliability, but also considers good vision, comfort and beauty, so that the driver feels comfortable when operating. The interior is equipped with a cold and warm air conditioner, and the temperature in the driver's room is kept at In the range of +20~~35℃, the driver can work in a good environment.

 

In order to ensure a wide field of vision for the operator, tempered glass is installed on the upper front, lower front side wall and rear wall of the driver's cab. The driver's maximum elevation angle on the seat is 55~60°, and the maximum depression angle is 70~75°. The maximum frontal viewing angle is 120° without moving, and the range of 270° frontal viewing angle can be reached when the seat is rotated.

 

The skeleton of the driver's cab is welded by rolled section steel and stamped thin steel plate, and the floor surface is covered with insulating rubber carpet. Both the inside and outside of the glass can be wiped down safely and easily. The upper part of the window frame is fixed with the frame of the driver's cab.

 

An alarm is also installed in the cab to ensure the safe operation of the crane.
