3. Component:
Telescoping bridge crane consists of metal structure, electric hoist, running mechanism, electrical equipment, etc.
Metal structure part: The main girder usually adopts a box-girder structure, using a welded box-shaped main girder, and the trolley track is arranged on the top and side of the web of the main girder.
Electric hoist: The electric hoist is attached to one side of the main girder and moves longitudinally along the main girder, which increases the service space of the hook and reduces the height and cost of the workshop. Operating mechanism: This product adopts the form of separate driving, It is completed by the cone brake asynchronous motor, and the reduction device adopts the "one opening and one closing" gear reduction transmission.
Electrical equipment: The supporting motor is a conical brake asynchronous motor. The electric hoist and the whole machine are equipped with safety devices, such as: lifting limit switch, limit switch at the end of the cart, etc.
4. Applicable Environment:

There are two modes of operation: ground and air. There are two types of ground operations: corded handle operation and remote control handle operation; aerial operation refers to driver's cab operation. There are two entrance directions: side and end, to meet the user's choice under various needs.

8. Precautions
(1) Each Telescoping bridge crane must have a rated lifting capacity sign posted in a conspicuous place.
(2) During work, no one is allowed on the bridge or anyone is allowed to be transported with a hook.
(3) Telescoping overhead crane is not allowed to drive a crane without an operator's license or after drinking.
(4) You must concentrate during operation, and you are not allowed to talk, smoke or do irrelevant things.
(5) The vehicle must be clean; equipment, tools, flammable materials, explosive materials and dangerous goods are not allowed to be placed randomly.
(6) Overloading of the crane is not allowed.
(7) Lifting is not allowed under the following circumstances: weak bindings; overloaded machinery; unclear signals; diagonal pulls; objects buried or frozen in the ground; people on the objects being lifted; flammable materials and explosive devices without safety protection measures and dangerous goods; overfilled liquid items; wire ropes that do not meet the requirements for safe use; and the lifting mechanism is faulty.
(8) When the telescoping bridge crane is operating on a line without obstacles, the hook or spreader and the bottom of the hoisted object must be at least 2m above the ground. If crossing an obstacle, it must be 0.5m higher than the obstacle.
(9) For lifting objects that are less than 50% of the rated lifting capacity, two mechanisms are allowed to operate at the same time; for lifting objects that are greater than 50% of the rated lifting capacity, only one mechanism is allowed to operate.
(10) For telescoping overhead crane with main and auxiliary hooks, do not raise or lower the main and auxiliary hooks at the same time (special exceptions).
(11) telescoping bridge crane is not allowed to weld or hammer on the lifted objects or work under the objects (it is allowed when there is support).
