3. Component:

 

The European type double girder hoist crane 20 ton is mainly composed of bridge frame, trolley, hoisting mechanism, parts and operating room, etc. Compared with the traditional overhead crane, the limit distance from the hook to the wall is small and the headroom is low.

 

The main beam adopts the optimized design of the overall mechanism, the structure is compact and reasonable, and the whole is light. The main girder is welded by steel plates, and the main structure is box girder and H-shaped steel girder structure.

 

The end beams are welded from steel pipes or steel plates. In order to improve the dimensional accuracy, reduce the error and reach the required level, there are double rims on each end beam, which are protected by safety devices such as buffers. In the direction of the main beam, there is a maintenance platform on the side of the cart drive, which is convenient for maintenance and walking. 6.Maintenance of wire rope of the hoist crane 20 ton:

 

The maintenance and maintenance of the wire rope should be carried out according to the type of crane, frequency of use, environmental conditions and the type of wire rope.

 

During the service life of the wire rope, before any signs of drying or corrosion appear (especially at the length of the rope that passes through the pulley and in and out of the reel and at the part that meets the compensation pulley), the wire rope shall from time to time be repaired for a time to be determined by a competent person. In some cases, it may be necessary to clean the rope before applying the dressing for it to be effective.

 

Rope dressings should be compatible with the original lubricant used by the rope manufacturer and should have permeable properties. If the rope wrapping type is not indicated in the crane manual, the user should seek guidance from the rope supplier or rope manufacturer.

 

Lack of maintenance can lead to shorter rope life, especially if the crane or hoist is used in a corrosive environment, or if the rope cannot be dressed for some reason. In this case, the inspection interval should be shortened accordingly.

 

To avoid any local deterioration that might otherwise be caused by a broken line protruding excessively from the rope and covering other parts as that section passes through the pulley, it can be removed by grabbing the protruding end and bending the wire back and forth until it finally breaks (always in the valley position between the strands of the rope). When a broken wire is removed from a rope as part of maintenance work, its location should be recorded for reference by the rope inspector. If such action is taken, it should be treated as a wire break and taken into account when assessing the condition of the rope according to the wire break scrap criteria.

 

When a break is evident near or at the end, but the rope is not affected elsewhere along its length, the rope can be shortened and the terminal fittings reinstalled. Prior to this, the remaining length of the wire rope should be checked to ensure that the minimum number of winding required is retained on the reel when the crane is at its maximum operating limit.
