1. Product Introduction:

 

Bridge crane electrification systems are a specialized crane for lifting and moving steel products, steel scrap, steel plates, steel rebar, steel rebar, steel billiet and steel pipes. This crane is constituted by girder, traveling mechanisms, lifting trolley, electric parts and electromagnet spreader. The electromagnetic suction force of this overhead crane can last 10 minutes after power off. And the shape of electromagnet spreader could be customized bases on the shape of materials to be lifted.

 

Bridge crane electrification systems are consisted of three parts, magnet body, electrical panel and cable drums. The control modes can be divided into 3 types: Cabin, pendent or wireless remote. This type magents are mainly mounted on overhead cranes or excavators for steel scraps handling and transfering.

3. Component:

 

Bridge crane electrification systems is composed of bridge frame, cart running, trolley, driver's cab and electrical equipment.

 

The crane adopts the structure type of double beam and double track and hoisting single trolley.

 

The bridge is the main force-bearing component of the crane, it adopts the structure of double beams, with the main beam and end beam as the main force-bearing parts, supplemented by trolley tracks, walking platforms, railings, ladders and other auxiliary metal structures.

 

The main beam is a box-shaped structure on the right track to ensure that it has sufficient strength, rigidity and overall stability. Submerged arc welding or gas shielded welding is used for the transverse butt welds of the cover plates and webs of the main beam and the end beams, and the connection welds between the webs and the cover plates. After welding, check the welding seam in accordance with the regulations of "General Overhead Crane".

 

The end beam is a box-shaped structure, and the connection between the end beam and the main beam is a rigid connection. In order to facilitate transportation, the end beams are disconnected, high-strength bolts are used to connect the end beams, and reamed bolts are used for positioning on each connecting plate, and the positioning check mark has been made before leaving the factory.

 

The cart running mechanism is supported by four wheels as the crane, and two sets of independent drive systems are used to drive the crane respectively; the trolley running mechanism is supported by four wheels, and an independent drive system is used to drive the trolley centrally.

 

4. Applicable Environment:

This type of crane is generally not used in places with high temperature (>+40℃) and low temperature (<-20℃). If the ambient temperature exceeds the above range, it should be handled according to special requirements. The normal temperature electromagnet is used for lifting and transporting metals below +100°C, and the high-temperature electromagnet is used for lifting and transporting metals below +600°C, and cannot be used for lifting and transporting molten metals. Not for use in workplaces with strong corrosive chemical gases.

Note: Cranes cannot handle hot iron, because hot steel cannot be magnetized.
