1. Product Introduction:

 

80 ton Metallurgical overhead crane work by relying on longitudinal movement along the track of the factory building, lateral movement of the trolley, and lifting movement of the hook. Metallurgical overhead crane is suitable for metal smelting workshops and is a special crane for lifting molten metal that complies with JB/T7688.1-95 and JB/T7688.15-95 standards. The application of 80 ton overhead crane is generally suitable for ambient temperatures from -10°C to +50°C. At a temperature of 40°C, the relative humidity does not exceed 50°C. The radiation temperature of the forged hooks and plate hooks of the lifted molten metal does not exceed 300°C. Work levels: A7 and A8 are used in relatively busy metallurgical casting workshops.

3. Component:

 

The 80 ton Metallurgical overhead crane is composed of five parts: box-shaped bridge frame, cart operating mechanism, trolley, grab bucket, and electrical equipment, which is consistent with the general double-girder bridge crane. However, the 80 ton overhead crane must have the following effective measures to ensure the normal use of the crane:

 

Anti-radiant heat device and fire board: the bottom of the driver's cab; the bottom of the main beam and the lifting beam; the wiring parts of the passage and platform, the bottom of the hoisting trolley and other parts that are exposed to heat radiation, all are fortified with vehicle heat-radiating devices;

Independently driven main and auxiliary trolleys. The main trolley is equipped with fixed-spacing gantry hooks to hoist the steel drum; the auxiliary trolley can be used to tip the steel drum or do other auxiliary lifting operations;

 

The protection levels of all electrical equipment and electronic control equipment meet the relevant standards for metallurgical 80 ton overhead cranes;

 

4. Applicable Environment:

5. Types and uses of 80 ton Metallurgical overhead crane:

 

The types and uses of 80 ton Metallurgical overhead crane are as follows: casting cranes are used for lifting molten iron, molten steel, molten copper, molten aluminum, etc. The main trolley is used to lift hanging tanks, and the auxiliary trolley is used for auxiliary operations such as flipping hanging tanks. The main trolley is equipped with double hooks and can be directly used for equipment hoisting work. Clamp crane for lifting hot metal ingots. Generally, 80 ton Metallurgical overhead crane must be modified before it can be used for equipment hoisting. Forging crane is used to forge large workpieces in conjunction with a large forging hammer hydraulic press. Remove the tipper suspended from the hook and can be used for equipment hoisting. However, the hook is lowered to a higher position. If you need to lift heavy objects on the ground , measures such as replacing long ropes should also be taken. Special crane for copper electrolysis, specially used for unloading and installing electrolytic plates. Because it has no hook, its hanger can be used for lifting lighter loads. It can also be used for equipment hoisting after modification measures are taken. Aluminum electrolysis multifunctional crane is specially used for aluminum electrolysis production. It is used for feeding, discharging aluminum, replacing anodes, shelling and other operations. It cannot be used for equipment hoisting.
