Product Introduction
1. Product Introduction:
LDP overhead hoist i beam crane is a small-size low headroom crane. The electric hoist is at one side of the girder, which increases the workspace.
Overhead hoist i beam crane is applicable to the places where the workshop’s headroom is low.The crane is composed of a box-shaped girder weld by steel plates, an end girder, crab frame, and a fixed electric block. The crab is partially hung and runs at one side of the g rider. The electric hoist is raised to the upside of the girder from under the girder, which effectively increases the lifting altitude.
The crab is braked by a conical motor and driven by exposed gear.
The girder, of box-shaped structure and bias rails, has horizontal wheels at the upper and the lower, so that it is safe and
reliable and can avoid rail gnawing.
The trolley adopts a separate drive, conical motor brake and exposed gear drive. The traveling motor can be ae soft start motor and variable-frequency adjustable-speed motor according to user requirements. The crane can start steadily and runs safely and reliably.
It has three operation modes: ground handle, wireless remote control and cab. The cab has two types, open cab and closed cab. The span of it is 7.5-22 5m(subject to non-standard design according to user s requiremnts). The classification group is A3 and the operating ambient temperature is-25℃~40℃

3. Component:
LDP overhead hoist i beam crane is composed of main girder, electric chain hoist, crane operation machinery, electrical control device, etc. The running machinery adopts the form of separate drive.
Main beam: single main beam, welded box shape; main welding seam adopts submerged arc automatic welding and non-destructive testing;
Lifting mechanism: electric wire rope hoist is used as the lifting mechanism;
Electrical: safety sliding contact line power supply, equipped with phase loss protection function; The three mechanisms of hoisting, trolley and cart are independently controlled, and can operate independently or simultaneously; The electric control box is anti-corrosion, the layout of the control box is reasonable, easy to maintain, and the protection level reaches IP55; All connections are heavy-duty aviation plugs and sockets, which are well sealed and plugged firmly; The trolley mobile power supply system consists of flat cables, galvanized slide rails and cable trolleys, which slide smoothly.
Safety protection: Three-in-one motor anti-fall protection for carts and trolleys to prevent accidental falls; The outdoor crane is equipped with a hoisting mechanism, an electric control box and a rain cover for the driving mechanism; Can be equipped with sound and light alarm device, wireless anti-collision device; Other safety protection devices, such as lifting limit, end limit, etc., and load limiters are available.
4. Applicable Environment:
LDP bridge hoist i beam crane is a general purpose crane, which is mostly used in machinery manufacturing and assembly, warehouses, sewage treatment plants, concrete workshops, caves and other places.
Not suitable for fire hazard, explosion hazard media and places with relative humidity greater than 85% or full of corrosive gases, It is also not suitable for lifting molten metal and toxic, flammable and explosive items.
5. Wearing Parts:
