1. Product Introduction:

The operation of the trolley is the same as that of the cart, but the directions that can be run are different. The main hook is the main hook, which has the following characteristics: large lifting capacity and slow lifting speed. Most of the work of the crane is done by the main hook, especially when lifting heavy materials. After the rated lifting capacity of the auxiliary hook is exceeded, it can only be lifted by the main hook for safety reasons.

 

The auxiliary hook plays an auxiliary role and can also be used to lift heavy objects alone. The lifting speed is faster than the main hook, which can improve the lifting efficiency of light goods. But the lifting weight is lower than the main hook, about 1/5~1/3 of the main hook. Generally, it is a better choice to use the auxiliary hook when the hoisting weight is relatively light and the speed requirement is relatively high.

 

3. Applicable Environment:

When used in the open air with rain-proof equipment, the total weight and wheel pressure of the outdoor crane will increase by about 5%. The crane is divided into two working systems: intermediate (A5) and heavy (A6) according to the busyness of use. When selecting, the technical requirements such as working system, working environment, temperature and type of power supply should be indicated.

4. Double girder bridge crane safety inspection

 

1. Before the beam crane is used, it is necessary to check whether there is obvious deformation, tilt, crack or connection bolt falling off on both sides of the vertical pillar and bearing beam.

 

2. Whether the electrical connection line is aging and damaged, whether the connection is firm, and whether the insulation is intact.

 

3. Check whether the wire rope is twisted and deformed, and whether the thinning, elongation and broken wire reach the scrap condition.

 

4. Check whether there is serious wear and deformation of pulley, hook, shackle shaft, anti-decoupling device, etc.

 

5. Check whether the lifting stopper is normal.

 

6. If there is a cab, check whether the cab door controller is sensitive and effective, whether the press and spring of each control button are normal, and whether the operating system in the cab is safe and sensitive and effective.

 

7. Check whether the lateral brake system is effective and reliable.

 

8. Before use, check whether the connection parts are firmly connected, whether the assembly meets the requirements, and whether the power supply voltage meets the regulations.

 

9. Check whether the lifting system brake of the size of the hook is effective and reliable.

 

10. Before the formal operation, in the trial operation process, whether the motor at both ends is found to have different speed phenomena, whether the rail screw is loose, if there should be an immediate stop, until the problem is solved, before driving, it is strictly prohibited to work with illness.

 

5. Brake requirements:

 

(1) The parts of the brake shall not have cracks, excessive wear, plastic deformation, missing parts and other defects, brake disc wear

When 50% of the original thickness is reached or the rivet is exposed, it must be scrapped;

 

(2) When the brake is opened, there shall be no friction between the brake wheel and the friction disc. When the brake is closed, the brake wheel and the friction disc are in uniform contact, and there shall be no defects and oil stains affecting the braking performance;

 

(3) The brake is adjusted appropriately, and the brake is stable and reliable;

 

(4) The brake wheel shall not have cracks (excluding micro-cracks in the hardened layer of the brake wheel surface), the uneven degree shall not be greater than 1.5mm, and there shall be no scratches caused by the friction gasket fixing the rivet;

 

(5) The hydraulic brake shall maintain no oil leakage, and the actuator of the brake shall maintain no oil leakage.
