(2) Do not change the settings of the inverter at will, do not touch the terminals of the inverter, do not open the cover of the inverter during power-on or within one minute after the power is cut off, and the grounding terminal must be grounded.

(3) When lifting a heavy object for the first time in each shift or lifting a heavy object close to the rated lifting capacity, a trial lifting must be carried out to check the reliability of the grab bucket, spreader, wire rope and lifting brake, etc.

(4) When turning on the controller, the action should be uniform and slow.

(5) When cutting off the controller, move quickly and do not stop at the middle position. Due to the inertial effect, the power supply should be cut off in advance, so that the garbage crane stays at the predetermined position. When the running direction is to be changed, the controller should return to the zero position, and the operation should be performed after the mechanism stops rotating.

(6) When the mechanism runs to the end, the speed of up and down should be reduced, and the stopper is not allowed to stop. Under normal circumstances, it is not allowed to stop the car by knocking down the car.

(7) When the operation of the garbage crane encounters a critical situation, when it is too late to stop according to the normal procedure, or when the operating handle is out of control, the emergency stop button must be pressed immediately! In non-emergency situations, the emergency stop button must not be used for normal parking. Otherwise, there will be a big impact.

(8) When the garbage is hoisted in the garbage pond, the grab bucket should be at least 1 meter away from the garbage heap, so as to avoid the grab bucket from scratching the garbage and rotating; the garbage hoisting operation should leave the garbage pond and the grab bucket should be at least meters above the highest obstacle on the running route. 

(9) Heavy objects shall not hover in the air for too long.

(10) Lifting heavy objects must be in a vertical position, and it is not allowed to use carts and trolleys to pull heavy objects. If the garbage hoist has heavy objects or all controls are not pulled to the zero position, the driver shall not leave the control position. The hoisting and luffing mechanism brakes must not be adjusted under load.

(11) Inspection and maintenance shall not be carried out when the garbage hoist is working.

(12) When preparing to walk the cart or trolley, be sure to check the position of the grab bucket first. If the grab bucket is on the bottom garbage heap, it must be lifted to a certain height (the highest garbage height) before the large and small cart can be moved.

(13) After grabbing the garbage, the vertical position of the large and small carts and the grab bucket should be checked to prevent the wire rope from being pulled and slanted. When the grab grabs the garbage into the hopper, be sure to double check whether the grab has passed the highest point of the hopper.

(14) In the process of lifting or lowering, if the grab bucket swings violently from side to side, the large and small trucks must be stopped, and the large and small trucks must be restarted after the grab bucket is stationary to prevent the grab bucket from colliding with the wall of the garbage pit.

(15) When the grab bucket is ready to grab the garbage at the bottom of the pool, the operator must carefully check the water entry height of the bucket flap, and strictly prevent the water from entering the middle surface of the grab bucket, which will cause the leachate in the pit to enter the hydraulic system and cause the operation condition of the grab bucket to be damaged.

(16) The scrubbing, lubricating and overhauling of the garbage hoist must be carried out when the machine is stopped and the power is cut off. And hang a striking sign of "Someone is working, please do not close" at the power switch.
