6 common equipment abnormalities and their handling
Although the requirements for garbage cranes are getting higher and higher, some equipment abnormalities will inevitably occur. How to deal with these abnormalities?
First of all, we need to make it clear that in the event of a breakdown, the driver on duty should remain calm and stick to his post. According to the specific situation and own experience, quickly and accurately determine the cause of the failure, components and adverse consequences that have occurred or may occur.
Then, the driver on duty needs to report the abnormal situation that he understands to the on-duty supervisor in time to observe, analyze and judge the causes and components of the fault together. Make an analysis that adverse consequences have or may have occurred.
After that, deal with the fault, and at the same time, the processing situation should be reported in time, so that better countermeasures can be taken. Make its impact on the whole plant to a minimum.
Note:
During the troubleshooting period, no shift is allowed, and the shift personnel can assist in handling with the permission of the personnel on duty. After the fault has been dealt with, the handover can be carried out with the consent of the shift supervisor.
Finally, after the abnormal situation is dealt with, the failure phenomenon, cause and treatment method should be recorded in the diary. At the same time, the processing personnel and the on-duty supervisor will sign on the diary. to show responsibility.

What are the common phenomena and handling of the six common equipment abnormal states?
(1) If the brake of the hoisting mechanism fails during hoisting;
Grab buckets and heavy objects should be placed in appropriate positions in a timely manner.
(2) If there is a sudden power failure or a sharp drop in voltage during operation;
All controllers should be pulled back to the zero position, the main power supply should be cut off, and the operation should be carried out after the fault is eliminated.
(3) When the motor or electromagnet overheats and catches fire;
The power should be cut off immediately, and then use a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher to put out the fire. It is strictly forbidden to use water and foam fire extinguishers to put out the fire. Remember not to put out the fire with electricity to prevent the danger of electric shock.
(4) If the fuse (fuse) is blown continuously during work;
The reasons should be found out and corresponding measures should be taken. Do not thicken the fuse wire (fuse) without authorization, let alone replace it with other metal wires, so as not to expand the fault.
(5) Equipment abnormality occurs during operation;
Such as smoke, frequent action of electrical protection devices, etc., stop immediately for inspection.
(6) Prevent the crane from colliding with another standby garbage crane during operation;
In the event of a failure of one garbage crane, after proper treatment, another garbage crane can be used to move this garbage crane under the supervision of a special person. In this case, the two garbage cranes must be unloaded and must be Run slowly with a lower speed.
