1. The 10-ton single-girder gantry crane adopts a box girder structure design. The main girder is formed by welding high-quality steel plates, featuring high bending stiffness and load-bearing capacity. This structure ensures strength while effectively controlling self-weight, making the overall machine relatively light. The single-girder design simplifies the overall structure, reduces maintenance points, and lowers daily maintenance costs.
2. The hoisting mechanism uses an electric hoist as the main lifting device, equipped with dual-speed or multi-speed motors to achieve precise positioning of heavy objects. With a rated lifting capacity of 10 tons, it can meet the material handling needs of most medium and small-sized sites. The working level is generally A3-A5, suitable for medium-intensity lifting operations.
