How many types of explosion-proof cranes are there?
Explosion-proof bridge crane is a lifting device that is horizontally placed over the workshop, warehouse and stockyard for material lifting. Because its two ends are located on tall concrete pillars or metal supports, it is shaped like a bridge.
The bridge frame of the bridge crane runs longitudinally along the tracks laid on the elevated sides on both sides, which can make full use of the space under the bridge frame to lift materials without being hindered by ground equipment.
According to the explosion-proof category, it can be divided into two types:
1. Explosion-proof bridge cranes for coal mines:
It is mainly used in the upper part of the coal mine and the non-excavation surface of the mine. The crane should have a mine coal safety certificate (MA certification);
2. Explosion-proof bridge cranes for factories:
Mainly used in dangerous and important places with flammable gases or flammable mixtures, the crane should have an explosion-proof certificate issued by the National Testing Center;

According to the structure and the type of lifting mechanism, it can be divided into the following four types:
1. LB type explosion-proof electric single-girder crane. It is an explosion-proof version of LD electric single-girder crane, which uses HB (BCD) and HBS (BMD) explosion-proof electric hoists as the lifting mechanism.
The lifting capacity is 1-32t, and the applicable span is 7.5-22.5 meters.
2. LXB explosion-proof electric single-girder suspension crane. It is an explosion-proof version of the LX electric single-girder suspension crane, which uses HB (BCD) and HBS (BMD) explosion-proof electric hoists as the lifting mechanism.
The lifting capacity is 1-10t, and the applicable span is 7.5-22.5 meters.
3. LHB explosion-proof electric hoist bridge crane. It is an explosion-proof version of the LH electric hoist bridge crane, which uses HB (BCD) and HBS (BMD) explosion-proof electric hoists as the lifting mechanism.
The lifting capacity is 5-32t, and the applicable span is 7.5-22.5 meters.
4. QB explosion-proof bridge crane. It is an explosion-proof version of the QD general-purpose bridge crane, which uses a hoist as a hoisting mechanism.
The lifting capacity is 5-75/20t, and the applicable span is 10.5-31.5 meters.
