2 Ton Bridge Crane

The lifting mechanism of this 2 ton bridge crane consists of a reducer, a drum device, a conical motor and a hook, which are fixed on the trolley frame. This hoisting mechanism is installed in the middle of the main engine, and it utilizes the wire rope wound on the reel to lift and lower the weight through the hook device and the fixed pulley. The reduction mechanism adopts a three-stage external tooth helical gear transmission mechanism, in which the gear and the gear shaft are made of high-strength alloy steel and have been heat-treated to have high strength and good wear resistance. The transmission shaft is supported by rolling bearings, and the gears are sealed in the reduction box and have self-lubricating function.
