(3) The place where the electric winch is placed should be equipped with a rain shelter, and the base should be raised with dunnage to prevent the electrical part from being damaged by moisture and affecting the normal lifting operation.
(4) The operator shall pass the examination and take up the post with a certificate.
It is necessary to understand the structure and performance of the electric winch, and to be familiar with the hoisting command signal.
During the operation, concentrate and command cautiously, and do not leave the post without authorization.
To truly achieve "three no openings", that is, the signal is not clear and cannot be opened; the current is overloaded and cannot be opened; the guiding pulley and the running rope cannot be opened by someone.
(5) When lifting the equipment, the number of remaining turns of the wire rope on the drum of the electric winch should be no less than 3 turns to ensure safety.
(6) The drum of the electric winch should match the diameter of the selected wire rope. Usually, the diameter of the drum should be 16 to 25 times the diameter of the wire rope.
(7) It is strictly forbidden to overload the electric winch to prevent personal and equipment accidents.
(8) When using multiple motors to hoist the equipment, its traction speed and lifting capacity should be the same, and unified command, unified action, and synchronous operation should be achieved.
2. Any machinery will have a certain amount of wear and tear after use, which is accompanied by some unavoidable common problems, as follows:
(1) After the brake is worn, the gap is too large, which affects the reliability of the brake. The gap should be adjusted or the accessories should be replaced in time.
(2) The bearing is overheated due to wear or poor lubrication. Depending on the situation, the lubrication should be improved or the bearing should be replaced.
(3) The bearing is heated due to the looseness of the bolts fixing the bearing, so the bolts should be tightened in time.
(4) Due to the heating of the overloaded motor or the heating of the motor bearing, it is necessary to stop and cool down, and refuel on time to reduce the load.
