6. Operating Specifications

(1) Only trained and qualified personnel can operate the lift.  

(2) Operators on the lift must wear seat belts.  

(3) Before the lift starts to operate, it is necessary to use the outriggers to level the chassis, and to firm the outriggers.  

(4) The operator must concentrate and operate according to the operation sequence specified in the instruction manual.  

(5) During the lifting and lowering process, the working table should be stable and flexible, and there should be no sudden jump or jamming phenomenon.

(6) If one of the following situations occurs in the hydraulic system, stop immediately for inspection, and take measures to eliminate it:  

① Abnormal noise; 

② The oil temperature rises rapidly; 

③ Abnormal cylinder pressure and oil return pressure; 

④ Oil leakage in the oil circuit; 

⑤ When pressing the "Up" or "Down" button, or after pushing the "Up" or "Down" manual valve, the workbench does not move.  

(7) After pressing the "up" or "down" button, if the worktable does not move, in addition to checking the hydraulic system, check whether the lifting mechanism is stuck, whether the electrical part is disconnected, and whether it is overloaded. .

(9) If the power supply is disconnected before turning on the power supply or during the lifting and lowering of the worktable, the operator must pay attention to make all the controllers at the zero position.  

(10) When the operator is working at heights, the operator shall not operate the lift at will.  

(11) During the lifting and lowering of the workbench, no part of the body of the person on the workbench shall exceed the limit of the workbench.  

(12) When the operator leaves the elevator, he must cut off the lifting power source.
