In this case, unless the driven wheels of the crane are raised, the above adjustment measures are not very effective. The displacement along the span direction does not affect the contact between the driving wheel and the track shoe, which obviously does not meet the requirements of the equipment itself.
Therefore, we changed the driving device of the crane from the active side of the passive side to the driving side of the same motor, and each side has a driving wheel and a toothed passive wheel. This improvement can solve the series of problems mentioned above, and the cost is not too high.
