How to troubleshoot 20 ton overhead crane running torsion

In order to solve the problem of torsion when the bridge crane is running, the following points should be paid attention to when purchasing the crane:
1. The horizontal height deviation and design height deviation between the suspension support of the I-beam and the connection surface of the I-beam should be controlled within the specified range.
2. Check the selected I-beam track, and its size should meet the requirements.
3. The height difference of the same section of the I-beam track should comply with the rules of the GB078-1998 specification.
4. If the difference of the same part is too large, it will cause poor contact of the side beam drive wheel, slipping and twisting.
5. After the I-beam flange is installed, the surface of the I-beam is installed horizontally.
6. The driving device of the trolley should be installed on the internal gear of the crane, which helps to reduce the possibility of the bridge deforming and changing under load or after a period of use.
7. The connecting plate between the I-beam flange of the crane and the support seat on the other side of the crawler pedal. After filling, it is fixed by spot welding or other methods.
