3. Component:
A Double Girder Rubber Tired Gantry Crane includes a gantry, the lower part of the gantry is provided with a ground beam, and the front and rear ends of the ground beam are rotated and assembled with wheel frames. The rotation axis of the wheel frame extends in the up and down direction, each wheel frame is provided with an independent steering mechanism that drives the corresponding wheel to steer.
When the crane needs to be turned, each wheel frame can realize synchronous steering or independent steering, and when turning, it can be turned on the spot, not limited to turning during walking. The problems of large turning radius and low site utilization rate of the existing gantry crane are solved.
(1) Main beam
The main beam is the main stress-bearing component of the crane. It adopts a box-shaped structure. The trolley walking track is laid on the two main beams. There are two types of auxiliary locations. One is the auxiliary location at the center of the main beam section, which is usually called It is a box beam on the right track; the other is laid on the web on one side of the edge of the upper flange plate, which is called an off-track box beam arrangement.
(2) Door leg structure
Door legs generally adopt a box-shaped variable cross-section structure. The inner side of the door leg plane is generally flat, and the space inside the leg is larger, which is conducive to the layout of the electrical room and power room. The two legs are generally connected by connecting rods to ensure the size between the two main beams and increase lateral rigidity.
(3) Bottom beam structure
The bottom beam generally adopts a box-shaped structure of equal cross-section, and is connected to the cart by pin shafts, and the connecting ear plate adopts a thick plate structure. In order to withstand lateral forces, shear blocks are added between the bottom beam and the wheel balance beam.
(4)Track installation
Most track installations adopt the track pressure plate type, and T-shaped bolts are used for easier disassembly and assembly. Some pressure plates, rails, and rails are lined with rubber pads (to reduce the impact on the main beam structure), and the rails use seamless joints (welded joints or entire rails can be used).
Some manufacturers use the direct welding type of rails and girders. This type has better stiffness, can participate in the stress, and is maintenance-free, but has high manufacturing requirements.
(5)Small frame
The trolley frame is generally an I-beam composite structure, with walkways arranged on both sides and suspended platforms at the four corners for maintenance of pulleys and other components. Some small frames are equipped with a high platform, and the lifting rope passes under the platform, which is a simple arrangement.

8. Precautions For Use:
(1) Before getting on the vehicle, carefully check the environment around the operation, remove the obstacles on the walking route of the cart, and place the anti-climbing wedges before and after the tires on the wedge frame.
(2) Check if tire pressure is normal
(3) Check each transmission mechanism, trolley towing cable, trolley track, remove obstacles on the trolley track, loosen the trolley anchor, and remove the anti-climbing wedge. No debris shall be left on the escalators, walkways and platforms.
(4) Check and supplement the water volume of the water tank, the oil volume of the oil tank and the oil volume of the diesel tank, check the condition of each instrument, instrument and communication equipment; check whether the handle of each joystick is at the zero position, and check whether the safety alarm and limit device are sensitive and effective.
