How is The Crane Inspected?
1 The design and manufacture of the crane shall be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the national standard.
<GB3811-83>
<GB6067-93>
<GB/T14405-95>
<GB5905-86>
<GB6129-92>
<GB4315-86>
<GB11345-89>
<GB8912-88>
Other internal standards of enterprises and relevant national standards such as imported technology.
Our company will list in detail the standards and specifications on which its design, manufacture and test are based, and provide a list.

2 Performance Guarantee
2.1 The 20 ton overhead crane can be lifted, lowered and maintained at any position within the limit. The crane can be subjected to an overload test with a static load of 1.25 times and a dynamic load of 1.10 times the rated load to ensure that the crane has no damage and no permanent deformation. The deflection meets the requirements of the national standard GB3811-83.
2.2 Provide the quality certification catalog of the complete machine and important parts.
2.3 Provide quality assurance manual and design, manufacture and acceptance criteria.
3 Equipment test and requirements
3.1 Material test
Our company will conduct chemical composition, mechanical performance and physical inspection on the materials of all parts used in the crane, and provide inspection reports.
3.2 Performance test (field):
a. The actual lifting height is not less than the ordered lifting height;
b. Satisfy the limit requirement of attached drawing 1, and the deviation of each dimension is not more than ±20mm.
c. Under the conditions of rated voltage and rated load, the operating speed of each mechanism is not more than 10% up and down, not more than +25%, -5%, and not more than 10% in operation.
d. The braking distance is not greater than the respective running speed: 0.025 times for the drop, 0.06 times for the trolley, and 0.1 times for the crane;
e. The accuracy of the weight limiter is not greater than ±3%F.S;
f. No-load test;
g. Static load test;
h. Dynamic load test;
3.3 Life Requirements
Except for wearing parts, the life of the 50 ton bridge crane is more than 20 years.
3.4 Noise control requirements
At a distance of 1 meter from the device, the noise should be below 85dB(A).

4 Storage of wearing parts of equipment
The quantity and types of spare parts we provide meet the needs of routine maintenance, start-up and continuous operation of the equipment for 2 years. At the same time, a list of spare parts will be submitted, which includes detailed instructions for identifying these spare parts, parts, replacement and use (the specification, performance, material, manufacturer and acceptance criteria of the spare parts, etc.).
5 Technical data
5.1 General requirements
The technical documents and drawings provided by our company can meet the needs of overall plant design, equipment installation, on-site commissioning, operation and maintenance.
5.2 Basic requirements for data submission
5.2.1 Documents to be provided (not limited to this)
a. Crane installation dimensions and outline dimensions
b. Basic dynamic load and static load distribution diagram
c. Electrical wiring diagram
d. Electrical schematic diagram
e. List of auxiliary equipment and materials
f. Installation, operation and maintenance instructions
g. Accompanying materials (including drawings, operation and maintenance manuals).
h. Description of the structural characteristics of the crane.
5.2.2 Product certificate. wait

6 Equipment packaging and transportation
6.1 Equipment packaging
6.1.1 The packing of the equipment complies with the relevant national standards.
6.1.2 When the equipment is shipped, the internal and external surfaces should be kept dry and clean, and the accessories are packed with marks to explain their use.
6.1.3 The fragile parts and parts not fastened to the equipment should be packed separately.
6.2 Equipment transportation
6.2.1 Our company will explain the transportation plan of the equipment, including the vehicle model, quantity and transportation route.
6.2.2 Case of large parts
Our company will provide the transportation dimensions (length×width×height) and weight of the major parts of the bidding equipment, and attach the transportation dimensions and center of gravity (the transportation dimensions of the equipment refer to the dimensions of each part of the equipment after packaging).
Serial No. Part Name Quantity Dimensions (m) Weight
Length × width × height (tons)
6.2.3 When railway transportation is used, the transportation dimensions of the equipment should take into account the height requirements from the loading surface of the transportation vehicle to the rail surface that the equipment is intended to use.
At the same time, our company will fully investigate and demonstrate the culverts, bridges and other structures and buildings passing along the way according to the route and mode of transportation of large-scale equipment, so as to ensure that the large-scale equipment is transported to the delivery point.
